The flat is located 50meters from the ocean with all the amenities like restaurants, supermarkets, shops, library, the marina, and all you need at a walking distance.

With a modern/vintage style, the apartment was thought to allow a wise use of the space. Thus, on the bottom floor there is an open space where you can cook whilst watch your favorite Netflix serie, or simply chat with those in the living room.
